对英语教师备课与说课技能训练的实验研究

摘要 依据建构主义和教育传播理论,探索采用不同训练方法以提高英语教师备课与说课技能。对英语专业(教育方向)学生进行了一个学期的备课与说课技能训练实验,实验班采用社团学习法,对照班采用案例教学法。实验结果表明:1)两个班学生备课技能成绩不存在显著差异;实验班学生呈现的材料更丰富,对照班学生对概念理解更准确;2)两个班内部学生间的备课技能成绩差距不明显;3)实验班学生说课技能成绩整体高于对照班;4)学生间说课技能成绩差距实验班小于对照班,实验班低分数段人数显著低于对照班,优秀率显著高于对照班。 Based on the theories of Constructivism and Educational Communication,the paper explores different training methods to improve English teachers’lesson preparation and teaching plan presentation skills.A one-semester experimental study sets out to examine the effect of lesson preparation and teaching plan presentation skills training for English majors(education).The experimental class adopted the Community Language Learning,while the control class adopted the Case-based Teaching.Results show that:1)there is no significant difference between the two classes in lesson preparation skills.Students in experimental class presented richer materials,while students in control class understood the concept more accurately.2)There is no significant gap in the performance of lesson preparation skills between students in the two classes.3)The overall performance of the students in the experimental class was higher than that of the control class.4)The gap of students’teaching plan presentation skills in the experimental class is smaller than that in the control class.The number of students in the low-score section of the experimental class is significantly lower than that in the control class,and the excellent rate is significantly higher than that in the control class.
