浅析自我效能感对大学生英语阅读的启示

摘要 阅读在语言学习中是语言输入主要途径之一,也是提升语言综合运用能力的基础。然而许多研究表明,学生英语阅读存在问题,成绩不高的主要原因之一是其自身自我效能感的缺乏。自我效能感是班杜拉提出的有关心理学方面的重要概念,指人们对自身成功完成某项工作的自信程度,自我效能感与成绩的关系也引起了学术研究的广泛关注。因此,文章针对性提出三点具体的启示以帮助提升大学生的自我效能感,希望以此提高学生的英语阅读理解能力,从而促进学生提升成绩、全面发展。 Reading is one of the main ways of language input in language learning,and it is also the basis of improving comprehensive language application ability.However,many studies have shown that students have problems in English reading,and one of the main reasons for their low scores is their lack of self-efficacy.Self-efficacy,an significant concept in psychology put forward by Bandura,refers to the degree of people’s confidence to successfully complete a certain work.Thus,the relationship between self-efficacy and English reading performance has drawn many concerns in academic research.Based on the analysis results,three specific strategies will be put forward to help improve the self-efficacy of college students,so that they could make progress in improving their English reading comprehension,so as to promote students in improving their scores and develop in an all-round way.
