情景教学法在大学英语口语教学中的应用探索

英语教学历来受到重视,但是长期以来英语教学效果却不尽如人意。许多学生考试分数尚可,但实际应用能力,尤其是口语表达能力欠佳。而对于非英语专业的大学生而言,学习英语的目的恰恰是实际应用。因此,文章从教学方法的角度入手,通过实践探讨情景教学法对解决上述问题起到的作用,分析情景教学法在提升学生英语学习的兴趣、积极性以及口语表达的充实性、流利度方面起到的效果,以期切实提高英语课堂教学的效果。

English teaching has always been receiving great attention.However,for a long time,the outcome of English teaching has been unsatisfactory.Many students can get a high score in written exams,yet they can’t use English,especially orally,in real life.The ultimate goal of learning this language,for most non-English majors,is to use it.Therefore,this paper,form the perspective of teaching methods,talks about the role Situational Language Teaching(SLT)plays in solving the problem mentioned above through teaching practice,analyzes the effect of SLT in improving students’interest and enthusiasm as well as the richness and fluency of their speaking with a view to promoting the efficiency of English classroom teaching.
