以就业为导向的商务英语人才培养研究——以陕西某独立学院为例

随着经济全球化和信息一体化的快速发展,国际贸易发展和交流日益频繁,对涉外人才的需求越来越多,标准也越来越高。商务英语人才的培养既重视语言能力,也重视财经、外贸等各方面的知识。人才培养目标是培养出受企业欢迎,被市场需要的复合型专业技术人才。文章的目的是研究目前学校商务英语人才培养模式存在的主要问题,根据对问题的分析来寻求解决措施,从而形成一个更完善的符合市场需求的商务英语人才培养模式。

With the rapid development of economic globalization and information integration,international trade and exchanges become much more frequent.And the requirements and standards for the talents have increased and become more strict.Not only do people put great emphasis on their language skills,but also attach importance to financial and business knowledge.The goal of talent training is to foster the inter-disciplinary talents who are welcome and applauded by enterprises and market.The purpose of this thesis is to find the problems in present Businesss English talents training mode in the author’s college.It tries to consummate the training system and work out effective measures to solve the problems,aiming to provide some reference for the employment-oriented business English talents training mode.
