分专业细化英语教学模式在医学院校应用型人才培养中的运用研究

当代高等医学教育目的,是要培养具有敏锐观察力、高效学习能力及创新科研能力的应用型人才。对于医学生而言,外语是其学习国外先进经验的锐器,熟练掌握相关外语,是一名合格医师必备的条件。医学专业风格极其细致,知识体系更新速度快,这就要求医务工作者要具有良好的专业英语素养。鉴于此,文章就围绕分专业细化英语教学模式,进一步阐述医学院校应用型人才培养的方法,以供相关人士借鉴。

The purpose of modern higher medical education is to cultivate the applied talents with keen observation,high efficiency learning ability and innovative scientific research ability.For medical students,foreign language is a useful tool for them to learn advanced foreign experience,and it is necessary for a qualified doctor to master relevant foreign languages.Medical professional is extremely meticulous and the knowledge system is updated rapidly.Therefore,medical workers should have good professional English literacy.In view of this,this paper focuses on the specialization of English teaching mode,further elaborating the medical college application-oriented personnel training methods which will might be of some references to the relevant learners.
