This paper aims to study the promotion effect of artificial intelligence techniques on College English reform through research on speech recognition technique,natural language processing and big data technique,to explore and to push forward the profound reform of College English through the study on how artificial intelligence techniques promote oral English and translation teaching mode to improve teaching efficiency.
