构建以就业为导向的高职英语教育模式

随着我国对高职院校的发展提出了较高的要求,高职院校也更加注重以学生的就业为方向进行高等教育。在以往的高职院校英语教育中,较多的英语教师总是习惯运用传统的教育方式对学生进行教学,还有的依照中职院校的教育模式对学生进行教育,因为大部分的英语教师认为高职院校的学生只要依照专业课的要求进行教育就可以保证学生的就业,对英语教育的辅助作用认识不足。然而高职院校是培养学生职业英语人才的重要培训基地,教师应该仔细探究目前英语教育的现状,实现英语教学模式的改革,提升高职院校学生的英语综合应用能力。

As higher requirements are put forward,higher vocational colleges should regard the students’employment as the direction of higher education.In the past,many English teachers in higher vocational colleges adopted the traditional teaching mode,or kept accordance with teaching mode of the secondary vocational school,because most English teachers believed that students’employment in higher vocational colleges would be guaranteed as long as they fulfill the professional course required,thus,neglecting the supporting role of English teaching.However,higher vocational colleges are an important training base for cultivating professional English talents,and teachers should explore the current situation of English education and realize the reform of English teaching model to improve students’English comprehensive abilities.
