课堂生态创新研究——以《大学英语》为例

摘要 "课堂教学以教师为主导、学生为主体"这一概念已经深入人心,但是在实际教学过程中会遇到很多棘手的问题。文章重点关注"互联网+"时代背景下一线大学英语教师对教学创新的误解和他们在网络教学智慧平台和人工智能等新时代教学技术冲击下对大学英语教学产生的职业倦怠心理。文章在课程的教学内容和教学模式等方面做出了创新性设计,体现了教学的创新性、高阶性和挑战性,教学创新必须坚持"以人为本"的理念,坚持这种理念最重要的是改变思维方式,用生态的思维来研究教学。生态模式是一种交互作用,这种交互作用推动课堂生态从点到线再到面,最终充满立体空间,为实现课程教学目标创造良好的生态环境。 The concept of teacher-led student-oriented teaching has won wide recognition among people.However,in actual teaching process,problems arise.This article focuses on college English teachers’misunderstanding on innovative teaching in the Internet+Era,and their burnout mentality in teaching career with the booming of AI technology and smart teaching-learning methods.The author has made innovative design in teaching content and mode,which is innovative,challenging and of even higher quality.The paper believes that innovation in teaching must adhere to the concept of"people-oriented",and the most important thing to adhere to this concept is to change the way of thinking and study teaching with an ecological mindset.Ecological mode focuses on interaction,creating a good ecological environment for the realization of the teaching objectives.
