基于职业导向的高职英语教学改革的分析

高职院校的英语课程是公共基础的重点课程之一,随着社会对复合型、创新型人才需求的增加,英语教学也需要与职业教学结合,提升学生口语及语言应用能力,突出实用性,实现产教研相结合。在高职教育中教师需要秉持育人育才的教育理念,同时,也要基于职业导向。在高职教育中实现英语教学与职业导向相结合需要进行相应的教学改革,通过对教材的改革、对教学模式的改革,最终实现教学与产业相对接。

English course in higher vocational colleges is one of the key public basic courses.With the increasing demand for compound and innovative talents from the society,English teaching also needs to combine with vocational teaching to improve students’spoken and language application ability,highlight practicability and realize the combination of production,teaching and research.In higher vocational education,based on career orientation teachers need to uphold the educational concept of educating people and talents.In order to realize the combination of English teaching and career orientation in higher vocational education,we need to carry out corresponding teaching reform.Through the reform of teaching materials and teaching mode,the relative connection between teaching and professional development will be achieved.
