高校大学英语课程管理体制问题与改进对策研究

在我国的高等教育课程体系的发展中,大学英语也一直随着高等教育的发展而发展。各高校英语课程对于英语综合能力的提升比较关注,重视培养高素质的英语应用型人才,但同时这也是管理和教学改革上的难点。长久以来,人们对于英语课程发展中的各个环节、各种问题都进行了深入的研究,取得了不错的成效。高校英语课程管理体制改革已经成为发展的大方向,为了满足社会对于语言应用型人才的需求,各高校必须转变人才培养方式和理论教学内容,通过一定的治理手段,解决大学英语课程管理体制中长久以来存在的问题,不仅对提高高校英语的应用人才的综合能力具有比较明显的作用,而且为高校自身发展以及之后各学科的课程管理体制改革提供了新的发展思路。

In the development of our country’s higher education system,college English is also undergoing an educational reform of higher education.Currently,College English pays more attention to the improvement of comprehensive English ability as well as to the cultivation of high-quality practical English talents,but at the same time this is also a difficult point in management and teaching reform.For a long time,people have conducted in-depth research on all aspects and issues in English teaching,and achieved good results.Reform of the management system of English courses in colleges and universities has become the general direction of development.In order to meet the society’s demand for language-applicable talents,colleges and universities must change their talent training methods and theoretical teaching content.Solving the existing problems not only has a relatively obvious effect on improving the comprehensive ability of college English application talents,but also provides new ideas for the development of colleges and universities and the subsequent reform of the management system of various disciplines.
