跨文化视角下《英译中国现代散文选》的翻译研究

中国散文的对外译介是促进中外文化交流的重要途径。在翻译过程中,译者必须具有跨文化意识,既要彰显原文的文化特色,又要符合读者的习惯认知,从而做好文化沟通的桥梁。文章以跨文化视角为切入点,重点解读张培基先生的《英译中国现代散文选》中的跨文化内容及相应的翻译策略,以小见大,以期促进对散文翻译的研究。

It’s a significant way to promote cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries by translating the Chinese essays into English.During the process of translation,in order to achieve better cultural communication and mutual understanding,one should raise cross-cultural awareness to manifest the cultural features of the original texts while making the translated texts acceptable to the readers as well.This paper aims to analyze Mr.Zhang Peiji’s Selected Modern Chinese Essays from the cross-cultural perspective and probe into its cross-cultural contents and the corresponding translation strategies,so as to enhance the academic study on essay translation.
