摘要
大学英语教学中对学习者交际意愿的培养有着重要意义。在对教师课堂中使用的纪律管理策略和非英语专业学生英语交际意愿关系进行动态调查的两份问卷调查及访谈的结果表明,教师课堂管理中采取的施压策略、参与策略和认可/奖励策略与学习者第二语言交际意愿有统计学意义上的较强相关性。教师应灵活采用合理的纪律管理策略,促进学生交际意愿及学习自主性,从而提高英语教学效率。
College English teaching has great influence on learners ’ willingness to communicate. The results of two questionnaires and an interview on the relationship between teachers’ classroom discipline strategies and non-English majors’ willingness to communicate( WTC) in English in the classroom show that classroom teachers’ using discipline strategies,recognition/reward,aggression,and involvement strategies make statistically significant contributions to learners’ SLA WTC.Teachers should flexibly adopt reasonable discipline management strategies to promote students’ willingness to communicate and learning autonomy,so as to improve the efficiency of English teaching.
