论地方应用型高校双语教学师资的培养

双语教学师资力量短缺是目前众多地方应用型高校所面临的一大问题,并且随着高校双语教学的不断完善,问题仍在部分地方应用型高校中出现。为了使地方应用型高校的双语教学师资力量更加强大,就需要加强对双语教师的培养,充分研究相应的培养策略。基于此,文章将从分析双语教学的基本内涵及主要目的、高校双语师资必备的素质出发,阐述目前地方应用型高校双语教学师资培养存在的问题以及相关的培养策略。

The shortage of bilingual teaching faculty is a major problem faced by many local application-oriented universities.Even though there’s obvious improvement of bilingual teaching in universities,yet,problems still remain.In order to promote the bilingual teaching faculty,relevant training is necessary,and the training strategies also need to be fully studied.Based on this,this paper will start from the analysis of the basic connotation and main purpose of bilingual teaching and the necessary qualities of bilingual teachers in colleges and universities,and expound the current problems in teachers training and the related training strategies in local applied universities.
