摘要
陕北民歌是历代陕北劳动人民集体的文化和智慧结晶,它以其独有的民俗特色和艺术风采,成为陕北人民文化艺术生活中的独特象征。随着中国文化"走出去"战略的深入发展,陕北民歌的外宣翻译成为提升其知名度的重要渠道。本研究从陕北民歌的翻译研究和推广传播现状出发,以陕北民歌的外宣翻译为研究对象,从文化自信、译者水平及旅游部门管理三个维度分析其存在的问题,提出提升文化自信、培养翻译人才、拓宽传播渠道等对策,以期更好地对外宣传陕北民歌,帮助陕北民歌文化更好地、真正地"走出去"。
The folk song of Northern Shaanxi is the collective culture and wisdom of the laboring people for dynasties.With its unique folk characteristics and artistic style,it has become a unique symbol of the cultural and artistic life of the people there.With the development of Chinese culture’s"going out",the international publicity translation of Northern Shaanxi folk songs has become an important channel to enhance its popularity.Based on the current research of the translation and advertising of folk songs in Northern Shaanxi,the present study analyzes the existing problems from the perspective of cultural confidence,translator’s level and tourism department management,taking the publicity translation of folk songs as the research object.From the above dimensions,the study proposes countermeasures and suggestions to improve cultural confidence,cultivate translation talents and broaden advertising channels,so as to better publicize the folk songs in Northern Shaanxi and help the culture to"go out"better.
