With the rapid development of the Internet,information-based teaching connects the in-class and out-class by the mobile terminal,giving greater play to the autonomy and flexibility of the students,which is a new perspective of autonomous learning. This article intends to build a new model of autonomous learning based on the integration of informationbased teaching and vocational English,to cultivate the ability of vocational students to learn independently under the background of the Internet 3.0 era.
