With the continuous advancement of network technology in China,colleges and universities set out to innovate the teaching mode of College English. Under the new era of network development,the reform and innovation of teaching mode for writing becomes a particularly important focus for colleges. As a brand-new teaching mode,on-line teaching can combine the network technology and English writing teaching efficiently. The paper mainly focuses on exploring innovation of teaching mode for college English writing under new network carriers to put forward suggestion on ways to improve the teaching efficiency for English writing.
