基于数据挖掘技术研究中医治疗腔隙性脑梗死的组方配伍规律

Explore on Prescription Regularity for Lacunar Infarction Treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine Based on Data Mining Technology

目的采用数据挖掘技术全面总结中医治疗腔隙性脑梗死的用药规律。方法通过收集中国知网、维普中文期刊服务平台、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献服务系统建库至2020年5月31日发表的中医治疗腔隙性脑梗死的相关文献,采用中医传承辅助平台(TCMISSV2.5)统计用药频次及性味归经、常用药对及药物组合,采用关联规则、改进的互信息法、复杂系统熵聚类分析对药物关联规则及核心药物组合进行分析,采用无监督的熵层次聚类进行新处方分析。结果共筛选出符合条件的方剂231首,涉及中药242味,使用频次较高中药有川芎、丹参、黄芪、地龙等41味,其四气主要集中在温、寒、平,五味主要集中在甘(淡)、苦、辛,归经主要集中在肝、脾、肺经;挖掘共得到高频药物组合48个,出现频次前6位的组合是川芎-黄芪、川芎-地龙、川芎-当归、丹参-地龙、黄芪-地龙及川芎-丹参;演化共得到核心药物组合16组,潜在新处方8个。结论中医治疗腔隙性脑梗死的整体治则以补气化瘀通络为主。

OBJECTIVE To summarize the medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment of lacunar infarction by data mining.METHODS Literature about TCMs formula for lacunar infarction from the database of CNKI,VIP,Wanfang and CBM were searched from the building to May 31,2020.The TCMISS(V 2.5)was used to analyze the frequency of herb use,flavors and median tropism in prescriptions,commonly used herb-pairs and herb combinations.The association rule,revised mutual information,and complex system entropy clustering in TCMISS(V 2.5)were used to analyze the herb association rules and core herb combinations.The unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering was used for new prescription analysis.RESULTS A total of 231 formulas were included,242 kinds of TCMs were involved.TCMs with higher frequency were Chuanxiong Rhizoma,Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Astragali Radix,Pheretima and other 41 kinds.The main four properties were mainly warm,cold and mild,the five flavors are mainly concentrated in sweet(light),bitter and spicy,and the meridian tropism were mainly liver,spleen,and lung.The 48 high-frequency herb combinations were obtained,and the top 6 combinations with frequency from high to low were Chuanxiong Rhizoma-Astragali Radix,Chuanxiong Rhizoma-Pheretim,Chuanxiong Rhizoma-Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma-Pheretim,Astragali Radix-Pheretim and Chuanxiong Rhizoma-Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma.A total of 16 core herb combinations and 8 potential new prescriptions were obtained.CONCLUSION The overall treatment of lacunar infarction with TCMs was to tonifying Qi,removing blood stasis and dredging collaterals.
