摘要
采用人类学田野调查和功能语言学语篇分析的研究方法,通过观察、录音和转写10场社区矫正个别教育谈话语料,基于合法化语码理论的"专门性"维度,结合评价系统,提出社区矫正司法社工身份话语构建的分析框架,并依此划分司法社工的四种身份。借助语料库软件,分析司法社工如何使用态度评价资源构建身份。研究表明:司法社工在社区矫正个别教育谈话中呈现出教育者、管理者、帮扶者和协调者四种身份。这四种身份经由司法社工使用的态度评价资源得以构建并加以强化。本文旨在为司法社工提供符合其身份的、有效的话语选择,从而提高社区矫正个别教育谈话的准确性与有效性,优化教育矫治工作。
Adopting qualitative research methods of ethnographic fieldwork and SFL discourse analysis,this paper builds a corpus of ten individual education talks of community correction.Based on the Specialization dimension of Legitimation Code Theory and the Appraisal system,a framework for analyzing judicial social workers.identities is proposed and four identities are identified.With the help of corpus software,this paper explores the judicial social workers.identities constructed by using attitudinal resources.The results show that the judicial social workers present four identities,which are constructed through the use of attitudinal resources.This paper aims to provide the judicial social workers with more effective language choices to enhance the effectiveness of the individual education talk,and eventually to optimize the judicial social workers.practices in education correction work.
