叙毕铁路软岩隧道挤压性变形防治技术研究

摘要 高地应力下软岩隧道挤压性变形问题仍然是困扰隧道工程界的重大难题,其往往造成工程风险大、整治费用高、处理周期长。文章依托叙毕铁路新高坡软岩隧道,基于强度应力比和隧道周边应变关系设计了一套软弱围岩挤压变形预测系统,通过提前对变形进行预测,进而动态调整设计方案并制定控制措施,在施工过程中根据监测数据对措施及时进行调整,有效地控制了变形,提高了工作效率,保证了工程的安全建设。 Extrusion deformation of the soft rock tunnel under high crustal stress is still a major challenge in the tunnel engineering sector,rusulting in high risks,high prevention and control cost,and long treatment cycle.In this study,an extrusion deformation prediction system for soft and weak surrounding rock is designed based on the strength stress ratio and the strain relationship around the tunnel based on Xingaopo soft rock tunnel on the Xuyong-Bijie Railway.By predicting the deformation in advance,dynamically adjusting the design scheme and formulating control measures,and timely adjusting the measures according to the monitoring data during the construction process,the deformation is effectively controlled,the work efficiency is improved,and t the safe construction of the project is ensured.
