西南山岭重丘区铁路瓦斯隧道突出危险性综合评价研究——以叙毕铁路为例

摘要 为了科学合理地制定工程防治措施、提高瓦斯隧道安全管理水平、有效预防瓦斯爆炸灾害发生,基于多属性决策,使用GRA法构建西南山岭重丘区铁路瓦斯隧道突出危险性综合评价模型。从铁路瓦斯隧道自然特征属性和工程决策属性出发,依据瓦斯气体、煤层结构、煤层特性等因素建立西南山岭重丘区瓦斯隧道突出危险性综合评估的评价指标体系,并通过综合赋权法确定各指标权重值,并以叙毕铁路(川滇段)欧家湾隧道、新高坡隧道、斑竹林隧道作为目标案例对模型进行有效性验证。 To scientifically and reasonably develop engineering prevention&control measures,improve the safety management level of gas-bearing tunnels,and effectively prevent any gas explosion disaster,in this study,based on multi-attribute decision-making,an integrated evaluation model for the gas outburst hazard of gas-bearing railway tunnels in southwestern mountainous and hilly areas is built with the GRA method.By starting from natural characteristic attributes and engineering decision-making attributes of gas-bearing railway tunnels,an integrated evaluation indicator system for comprehensive evaluation for gas outburst hazard of gas-bearing railway tunnels in southwestern mountainous and hilly areas is built based on many factors such as gas,coal seam structure and coal seam characteristics,and then the weighted value of each indicator is determined with the comprehensive weighting method.In addition,the effectiveness of the model is verified using the Oujiawan Tunnel,the Xingaopo Tunnel and the Banzhulin Tunnel along the Xuyong-Bijie Railway(Sichuan-Yunnan section)as target cases.
