中风化、强风化泥质粉砂岩地层刀盘易结泥饼问题研究

Research on Mud Cake on Cutterhead in Moderately-and Strongly Weathered Argillaceous Siltstone Stratum

盾构在中风化、强风化泥质粉砂岩地层掘进中极易出现一些常见的施工问题,比如刀盘结泥饼、刀具磨损、盾构姿态难控制、管片上浮等。本文以长春地铁6号线蔚山路站—南四环路站—前进大街南站2个区间为案例,在施工过程中发现地层中蕴含裂隙水发育地段,刀盘易结泥饼,导致掘进速度缓慢。结合案例进行分析研究,讨论如何对结泥饼这一问题进行预防及处理,从而提高盾构施工的质量与效率,同时也为今后盾构施工提供一定的参考。

Shield tunnelling in moderately weathered and strongly weathered argillaceous siltstone stratum is prone to some common construction problems,such as mud cake on cutterhead,cutter tool wear,difficult control of shield posture,segment floating and so on.Taking two running tunnel sections between Weishan road station-South fourth ring road station-Qianjing avenue south station of Changchun subway line 6 as the background,fissure water was encountered in the construction process in developed stratum,and mud cake was formed on the cutterhead which could easily lead to slow driving speed.Combined with mud cake analysis,this paper discussed improvement measures to deal with mud cake problems,so as to improve the quality and efficiency of the shield tunnel construction.At the same time,it can also provide some reference for future shield construction.
