摘要
地铁工程建设不可避免下穿既有管线,为降低对既有管线的影响,保障盾构施工安全进行,以长春地铁6号线欧亚卖场站—光谷大街站区间隧道盾构施工下穿污水管为工程背景,对盾构掘进和预加固关键技术进行研究。从盾构掘进参数、出土量、袖阀管注浆、同步注浆、二次注浆和监测控制等方面进行施工技术控制分析,确保了工程的顺利完成。
Shield construction would inevitably pass under the existing pipelines.In order to reduce the construction-induced impact on existing pipelines and ensure the safe construction of the shield machine,this paper studies the key construction techniques regarding shield excavation and pre-reinforcement measures by taking the shield-driven running tunnel between Eurasian Store Station and Guanggu Avenue Station of Changchun Metro Line 6 as the background.It analyzes the construction control technology from the aspects of shield driving parameters,mucking volume,sleeve valve pipe grouting,synchronous grouting,secondary grouting and monitoring,which finally ensures the smooth completion of the Project.
