摘要
长春地铁5号线某盾构区间隧道下穿既有高压天然气管线,存在管线位移、破坏等风险,甚至可能导致地面坍塌等安全事故。鉴于此,盾构施工过程中,通过采取控制盾构机土舱压力、掘进速度以及刀盘转速等措施减少对土体的扰动,同时采取同步注浆、二次注浆措施控制地表、地下管线沉降,保证了施工安全,降低了施工风险,避免了安全事故,可为类似工程提供借鉴。
A shield-driven running tunnel of Changchun Metro Line 5 passes under the existing high-pressure natural gas pipeline,which may lead to pipeline displacement,damage and other risks,and may even lead to ground collapse and other safety accidents.In view of this,in the process of shield tunnelling,measures such as controlling the earth chamber pressure,tunnelling speed and cutter head rotation speed are taken to reduce the disturbance to the soil mass.Meanwhile,measures such as synchronous grouting and secondary grouting are taken to control the settlement of ground surface and underground pipelines,which ensures the construction safety,reduces the construction risk and avoids safety accidents,so providing reference for similar projects.
