摘要
地铁区间隧道盾构始发截桩过程不可预见因素多。基于此,以某地铁区间隧道盾构始发截桩为工程实例,系统阐述了盾构始发时,在不具备破除围护结构情况下,通过对盾构设备改造、始发环节技术措施应用、盾构掘进参数控制等方式,安全、准确、高效地实现盾构始发截桩施工,可为类似工程提供参考。
There are many unforeseeable factors in the pile cutting process of shield launching section in subway running tunnel.Taking the pile cutting of the shield launching section in a certain subway running tunnel as an engineering example,the paper systematically elaborates the shield machine modification,technical measure implementation,driving parameter control etc.,to achieve safe,accurate and efficient pile cutting during shield launching stage without conditions of breaking the enclosure structure,which can provide a reference for similar projects.
