摘要
采用PBA工法施工地铁车站,其顶纵梁位于中导洞内,由于导洞断面小,顶纵梁断面尺寸大,施工空间十分狭窄。顶纵梁结构混凝土浇筑需要采用钢管支架模板体系,其侧模采用组合钢模板,每次分段浇筑均需安装拆除一次侧模,且侧模的安装与拆除需要工人在支架间穿梭移动,安装与拆除困难,耗费大量人力和时间。为此,研发了一种可整体移动的侧模板,该模板组装后随工作面整体移动,与传统模板相比,无需每次浇筑顶纵梁结构混凝土时都组装、拆除模板,解决了顶纵梁侧模反复拼装、拆卸、转运的难题,提高了施工效率,降低了劳动强度和安全风险,而且模板在后期施工中还可以重复利用,提高模板的使用价值。
The top longitudinal beam of subway station constructed by PBA method is located in the middle pilot tunnel.The section of the pilot tunnel is small,and the section size of the top longitudinal beam is large,so the construction space is very narrow.The steel pipe supported formwork system is required for the concrete pouring of the top longitudinal beam structure,and the side formwork used is combined steel formwork.The side formwork needs to be installed and removed once for each segmental pouring.The installation and removal of the side formwork requires workers to move between the supports,which is difficult to install and remove,and consumes a lot of manpower and time.To solve this problem,a movable side formwork is developed.The formwork moves with the working face after assembly.Compared with the traditional formwork,it does not need to assemble and remove the formwork every time of pouring,which improves the construction efficiency,reduces the labor intensity and safety risk.
