摘要
在地铁车站深基坑施工中,基坑坍塌事故时有发生,特别是异型深基坑,主要出现在基坑内支撑系统拆撑、换撑等重要施工阶段。为确保地铁深基坑施工安全,提出了混凝土板撑施工技术,依托长春市城市轨道交通6号线工程硅谷广场站T字形换乘车站的工程实践,对地铁换乘车站分期施工中的钢筋混凝土板撑施工技术进行优化。实践表明,经过优化后的钢筋混凝土板撑施工工艺成熟,节点构造简单,安全经济,方便实用,可为类似工程提供借鉴参考。
In the construction of super-large deep subway foundation pit,especially the irregularly shaped deep foundation pit,the collapse events often occur in the important construction stage of removing and replacing of the brace system in the foundation pit.Based on the engineering practice of Silicon Valley Square T-shaped transfer station of Changchun Urban Rail Transit Line 6 project,this paper puts forward to and optimizes the construction technology of reinforced concrete slab brace in staged construction of the subway transfer station to ensure the construction safety of the deep subway foundation pit.The practice shows that the optimized construction technology of reinforced concrete slab brace is mature,safe and economical,convenient and practical,the joint structure is simple,which can provide reference for similar projects.
