摘要
随着我国山区高速公路快速发展,为缩短公路里程、减少耕地占用、节省投资、达到安全快速,隧道成为很重要的一种工程建设选择方案。在常用的隧道施工方法中,钻爆法仍占据着我国隧道工程开挖的主导地位。隧道工程钻爆法开挖过程中,钻爆测量放样、初期支护、拱架安装等工序不仅占用较长、必要的工序循环时间,而且其测量定位的精确度也严重影响了隧道工程施工质量。文章采用北璇激光定位仪,通过自动化激光测量放样方法,针对性地解决了钻爆法隧道开挖施工中超欠挖、测量放样时间长、工作面放样危险性高等三个问题。
With the rapid development of highway construction in mountainous areas,in order to shorten highway mileage,reduce arable land occupation,save investment,and achieve the safe and rapid construction,the tunnel scheme has become a very important choice in engineering construction.And in the common tunnel construction methods,D&B construction method is still occupying the dominant position.In the process of drilling and blasting excavation of tunnel engineering,the procedures such as setting out of the drilling and blasting design,installation of initial support and steel arch not only take a long cycle time,but also affect the construction quality of tunnel engineering.This paper analyzes and introduces the Bigdipper Laser Image Locator.Through the automatic surveying and setting out method by laser system,the three problems of over-and under-break,long measuring and setting out time and high risk of setting out at working face in the drilling and blasting tunnel construction are optimized and solved.
