摘要
目前城市综合管廊中自用桥架多采用热浸锌钢制桥架,高分子合金桥架作为一种新型材料在部分场所试点和应用,但其在管廊中的适用性仍有较大争议。文章从规范要求、应用需求、桥架性能参数等方面分析了高分子合金桥架的适用性;并结合某新区综合管廊给出一些工程选用建议;最后从鼓励“四新”的角度,对高分子合金桥架的发展提出一些建议,供同行参考。
At present,hot-dip galvanized steel cable support system are mostly used for self-use cable support system in urban utility tunnel.As a new material,macromolecule alloy cable supporting system have been piloted and applied in some places,but their applicability in utility tunnels is still controversial.This paper analyzes the applicability of macromolecule alloy cable supporting system from the aspects of specification requirements,application requirements,performance parameters of cable support system and so on.Combined with the utility tunnel in a new development zone,some suggestions for project selection are given.Finally,from the perspective of encouraging“four innovations”in terms of new technology,new process,new material and new equipment,some suggestions for the development of macromolecule alloy cable supporting system are put forward for peer reference.
