摘要
为解决现有的长距离顶管机掘进导向方法中存在的高延时、低频率、高成本等问题,以单站测量为设计前提,以坐标校正作为设计思路,通过观测校正棱镜和安装倾斜传感器等方法获得轨迹信息,对全站仪和后视棱镜进行适当的坐标校正,并将该套系统与前期研发的双棱镜倾斜仪自动导向系统相结合,形成了一套完整的单站轨迹式定向长距离顶管导向系统。该套顶管系统应用于单线掘进长达2.6 km的苏州城区第二水源阳澄湖引水工程12#~11#区间的两条顶管,为顶管掘进提供自动导向结果,最终该顶管隧道实现双线高精度贯通。
In order to solve the problems of high delay,low frequency and high cost in the existing guidance methods of long-distance pipe jacking machine,We developed a set of pipe jacking guidance system,which takes single station measurement as the design premise,and uses coordinate correction as the design idea.The system obtains the track information by observing two correction prisms and installing tilt sensors,and then uses the track to make appropriate coordinate correction for the total station and the rear view prism.Combining this system with the double-prism automatic guidance system developed in the early stage,a complete single-station long-distance pipe jacking guidance system by track correction is formed.The system is applied to two pipe jacking works in the 12#~11#section of Yangcheng Lake Water Diversion Project,which is 2.6 km long for single line excavation.It provides automatic guiding results for pipe jacking,and finally realizing double-line high-precision breakthrough.
