摘要
立足于TOD发展理念,构建了站域地下空间布局紧凑性评价模型,提出了涵盖空间结构紧凑性、功能分布紧凑性、空间结构与功能分布匹配度等三类因子的量化评价指标体系。模型被成功应用于五角场-江湾体育场、静安寺、新江湾城、新街口等4处典型站域地下空间的布局紧凑性评价。评价结果表明,不同类型站域地下空间的布局紧凑性存在显著差异化特征。基于模型应用成果,进一步提出了站域地下空间的点状、团状、线状和网络状布局策略,可为国内站域地下空间布局优化提供一定参考。
Following the transit-oriented development(TOD)theory,an evaluation model was established for the layout compactness of metro-led underground space(MUS).A quantitative index system,covering spatial configuration compactness,functional distribution compactness,and the coordination between spatial configuration and functional distribution,was proposed.The model was successfully applied to the layout compactness evaluation of four cross-sectional MUSs,namely Wujiaochang-Jiangwan Stadium,Jing′an Temple,Xinjiangwan Town,and Xinjiekou.Results indicate a striking difference regarding the layout compactness of MUS in distinct categories.Based on the model application results,the node,block,linear,and network layout strategies for MUS were summarized,which are supposed to support the layout optimization of MUS in China.
