城市更新地区地下空间开发利用规划策略研究

Planning Strategy for Underground Space Development and Utilization in Urban Redevelopment Area

随着我国城镇化进程的进一步深入,城市土地资源短缺,生态环境恶化等问题日益显著。同时,各大城市在新一轮总体规划中均明确提出了限制建设用地发展,严控城市规模,保护耕地与生态环境资源。因此,为突破建设用地存量更新中发展空间瓶颈问题,我国大中城市需充分挖掘老旧城区空间资源,以提高土地利用效率、解决交通拥堵和公共服务设施不足等通病。通过对城市更新改造与地下空间开发利用特征的研究,探讨地下空间对城市更新地区开发利用的意义,总结城市更新改造过程中地下空间规划策略,并应用于青岛市市南区地下空间规划,以期为其他城市更新地区地下空间规划提供一定参考。

With the further development of urbanization in China,problems such as the shortage of urban land resources and the deterioration of the ecological environment have become increasingly prominent.At the same time,in the new round of overall planning,major cities put restrictions on construction land development,strictly control the city scale,and protect cultivated land and ecological environment resources.Therefore,to break through the development space bottlenecks in the urban redevelopment process,it is necessary to deepen the development of the built space and fully tap the space resources of the old city areas to improve land use efficiency and solve common problems such as traffic congestion and insufficient public service facilities.Based on the characteristics of urban redevelopment and utilization of underground space,this paper discusses the significance of underground space for the development and utilization of urban redevelopment areas,summarizes the planning strategies of underground space in the process of urban redevelopment,and applies them to the underground space planning of Shinan District of Qingdao,hoping to provide some references for the underground space planning of other urban redevelopment areas.
