摘要
为响应国家对于“双碳”战略目标的实施,将低碳理念深植到工程建设过程中,针对大直径泥水盾构在全断面黏土、粉质黏土层等细颗粒地层施工存在的泥浆比重和黏土上升快、刀盘结泥饼、排渣不畅、掘进效率低等重难点问题及风险,以京沈高铁望京隧道为依托工程,对泥水盾构的刀盘刀具、冲刷系统、主驱动、管片拼装机、泥水环流系统等重要部位进行针对性设计,以提高设备的地质适应性,并在刀盘形式、刀具配置、掘进参数、施工管理等方面采取针对性施工方案。采取以上措施,实现了降低能耗、绿色环保、减少刀具损坏、防止刀盘结泥饼、提高施工效率、确保施工安全的实施效果,实现了大直径泥水盾构在繁华城区细颗粒地层施工过程的低碳、环保、高效、绿色施工理念。
In order to respond national strategic objective of double-carbon,put low-carbon idea into engineering construction process.In view of the problem and risk of mud weight and clay rapid increasing,mud cake on the cutter head,poor slag discharge and low tunneling efficiency caused by large diameter slurry shield tunneling in fine grained soil ground such as clay and silty cay,taking Wangjing tunnel on Beijing to Shenyang high speed railway as engineering background,the cutter head,scour system and main driving system of the slurry shield are specially designed so as to enhance its adaptability to geological condition,and special construction scheme for cutter head pattern,cutter configuration,excavation parameters and construction management are adopted.After the implement of above countermeasures,reducing energy consumption,green and environmental protection,reducing cutter damage,anti-cutter head mud cake,enhancing construction efficiency and safety construction are realized.All the work well interprets the idea of high efficiency,low-carbon,environmental protection and green construction of large diameter slurry shield tunneling in urban fine grained soil layer.
