摘要
依托于高山寨波纹钢装配式连拱明洞项目,对波纹钢、混凝土的应变监测数据进行整理,分析结构的受力变形特征,将监测数据的变化趋势分为5个阶段,并对典型断面稳定时的应变数据加以分析。利用有限元软件对典型断面进行数值模拟,将监测数据与数值计算结果进行对比,证明其合理性和可靠性,通过分析计算结果发现明洞两侧拱脚受力相对较大,在设计与施工时应引起重视。
Based on the Gaoshanzhai corrugated steel fabricated multi-arch open-cut tunnel project,this paper collates the strain monitoring data of corrugated steel and concrete,summarizes the stress and deformation characteristics of the structure,divides the change trend of the monitoring data into five stages,and analyzes the strain data when the typical section is stable.The typical section is numerically simulated by using the finite element software,and the monitoring data are compared with the numerical calculation results to prove its rationality and reliability.Through the analysis and calculation results,it is found that the stress on the arch foot on both sides of the open-cut tunnel is relatively large,which should be paid attention to in the design and construction.
