基于壳-接触模型的垂直顶升工法关键控制因素分析 被引量:1

摘要 垂直顶升工法在取排水隧道中应用广泛。采用壳-接触模型,对该工法全过程进行精细化模拟,并对隧道埋深、管片厚度以及管片开孔大小三个控制因素进行影响性分析,得到不同控制因素下的结构力学响应。结果表明:(1)不同埋深下的控制工况均为开孔工况,且随着埋深增加,结构轴力逐渐增大;(2)管片厚度对结构的力学响应影响小。管片越厚轴力越大,但变化值较小;(3)随着开孔面积的减小,开孔环结构内力增大,而闭孔环结构内力减小或者基本不变。 The vertical jacking method has been widely used in water intake and drainage tunnels.Using the shell-contact model,the whole process of the construction method is simulated in detail.At the same time,the influence of the three control factors of tunnel burial depth,segment thickness and segment opening size is analyzed.In order to obtain the structural mechanical response under different control factors.The research results show that:(1)The control conditions under different burial depths are all open-hole conditions,and with the increase of burial depth,the axial force of the structure increases gradually;(2)The thickness of the segment has little effect on the mechanical response of the structure.The thicker the segment is,the greater the axial force with small value changes becomes;(3)With the decrease of the opening area,the internal force of the open-pore ring structure increases,while the internal force of the closed-pore ring structure decreases or remains basically unchanged.
