摘要
传统膨胀螺栓的电气绝缘性较差,且对盾构隧道管片结构有一定损伤,为探索高分子螺栓套在盾构隧道中的应用,文章针对高分子螺栓套开展了轴心拉拔试验、拉剪复合试验、疲劳性能试验、耐火性能试验、耐久性能试验等多项试验,通过分析各项试验的结果可知,高分子螺栓套的机械性能、耐久性能与耐火性能均能满足使用要求,且在材料成本与电气绝缘方面有独特的优势,具有推广应用的价值。研究成果可为盾构区间隧道内预埋螺栓套的工程设计、生产、检验及后期内部设备安装提供依据和指导,并为类似条件下盾构隧道结构体系的设计施工提供借鉴。
Traditional expansion bolts have poor electrical insulation and certain damage to the segment structure of shield tunnel.In order to explore the application adaptability of polymer bolt sleeve in shield tunnel,a number of tests were carried out on polymer bolt sleeve,such as axial pull-out test,tension-shear composite test,fatigue performance test,fire resistance test and durability test.By analyzing the results of various tests,it can be found that polymer bolt sleeve can meet the use requirements in mechanical properties,durability and fire resistance,and has unique advantages in material cost and electrical insulation,so it is worthy of popularization and application.The research results can provide basis and guidance for the engineering design,production,inspection and later internal equipment installation of embedded bolt sleeves in shield-driven running tunnel,and provide reference for the design and construction of shield tunnel structural system under similar conditions.
