摘要 如何科学评价地铁施工安全管理现状是地铁建设中重要的问题,文章对当前地铁施工安全评价方法进行改进。通过采用WSR系统方法,从物理、事理、人理3个维度确定地铁施工安全评价指标,结合博弈论的思想在客观赋权和主观赋权上取得最优解,综合确定安全评价指标权重,建立地铁施工安全评价指标体系。通过可拓学评价方法,对评价对象进行物元化,建立基于博弈论和可拓学理论的地铁施工安全评价模型。以某地铁项目为例,使用该评价方法对项目现状进行评价。结果表明,该评价方法的可操作性和科学性较好,评价结果与现场实际符合,为地铁施工提供一个新的评价方法。 How to scientifically evaluate the safety management status of subway contractors is an important issue in subway construction.In this paper,some improvements are made to the current subway construction safety evaluation method.WSR(Wuli-Shili-Renli)system approach is used to determine the evaluation indexes of subway construction safety from three dimensions,namely,Wuli,Shili and Renli.The idea of game theory is involved to obtain the optimal solution in objective and subjective weighting,comprehensively determine the weight of safety evaluation indexes,and establish a subway construction safety evaluation index system.Extenics evaluation method is used to achieve the matter-element application of evaluation object,thus establishing the subway construction safety evaluation model based on game theory and extenics theory.A subway project is taken as an example to evaluate the current situation of the project with this evaluation method.The results show that the evaluation method is feasible and scientific,and the evaluation results are consistent with the actual situation,which provides a new evaluation method for subway construction.
