觉巴山高海拔特长公路隧道施工通风优化研究 被引量:12

摘要 对觉巴山隧道现阶段压入式施工通风效果进行现场实测,根据实测数据分析得出隧道内温度、湿度较高,粉尘浓度严重超标,风管破损严重,通风效果差,压入式通风难以满足高海拔特长隧道施工环境要求。根据觉巴山隧道正洞和导洞施工进度安排,进行巷道式施工通风设计,设计布置2组2×75 kW轴流风机,增设1组15 kW射流风机,较现阶段减少1组2×135 kW轴流风机,通风距离减为1 km,有效地减少了通风风阻,在保证通风效果的同时减少了通风成本。 According to the analysis of the measured data in Juebashan long highway tunnel,it is concluded that the temperature and humidity are high,the dust concentration seriously exceeds the standard,the air pipe is seriously damaged,the ventilation effect is poor,and the forced ventilation is difficult to meet the construction environment requirements of the long tunnel.According to the construction schedule of main and pilot tunnel of Juebashan tunnel,the design of gallery construction ventilation is carried out,with 2 groups of 2×75 kW axial flow fan,adding a group of 15 kw jet fan,reducing one group 2×135 kW axial flow fan,the ventilation distance is reduced to 1 km,effectively reducing the ventilation resistance,ensuring the ventilation effect and reducing the ventilation cost.
