高速公路隧道群路段运营对策研究 被引量:1

摘要 山区高速公路隧道群路段车流量的大幅增加引起交通事故数量的增加。因此,对高速公路隧道群路段安全运营措施的研究具有重要意义。文章基于重庆某山区高速公路隧道群路段2011—2016年发生的交通事故数据,采用数据调研、实地考察的方式分析了隧道群路段交通事故成因,提出6个方面的管理措施,并建立了天气预警系统,采用了遮光棚和彩色路面的解决措施。对比了实施安全运营措施前后3年的交通事故数据在事故总量、不同道路线形事故总量和不同天气下的交通事故数量变化。结果表明,实施安全运营后,该隧道群路段交通事故数量增长率远低于车流总量增长率,对道路线形是平直线形、一般弯道交通事故数量增长率控制效果明显,对晴天和雨天两种常见天气下的交通事故数量增长率控制明显。 The number of traffic accidents increases due to significant increase in the traffic flow on a mountainous expressway section with tunnel groups.Therefore,it is of great significance to research safe operation measures for expressway sections with tunnel groups.In this paper,based on traffic accident data in tunnel group sections of a mountainous expressway in Chongqing from 2011 to 2016,data investigation and field investigation were carried out to analyze the causes for traffic accidents in tunnel group sections and then six management measures were put forward.Moreover,a weather pre-warning system was established and the solutions of shading shed and colored pavement were adopted accordingly.The traffic accident data in three years before and after the implementation of safe operation measures were compared in the aspect of total accidents,total accidents on different road alignments and number of traffic accidents under different weather conditions.The results indicate that the growth rate of traffic accidents in the sections with tunnel groups is much lower than that of total traffic flow and the control effects on the growth rate of traffic accidents are obvious on flat and straight roads,general curves and in sunny or rainy days.
