大纵坡长大齿轨紧急救援站设计参数与可靠性研究 被引量:1

Study on Design Parameters and Reliability of Emergency Rescue Station of Long and Large Rack Rail Tunnel with Large Longitudinal Slope

摘要 大纵坡齿轨隧道防灾救援设施参数不明确,为确保人员疏散安全,对线路纵坡为12%的齿轨隧道定点区域疏散模式下紧急救援站的设计参数开展研究。通过Pathfinder软件,模拟人员疏散的过程,分析紧急救援站在不同隧道坡度下改变横通道间距、横通道宽度、疏散站台宽度对人员疏散的影响。通过三因素四水平正交试验,分析各因素综合影响紧急救援站疏散的结果,优化紧急救援站设计参数。采用FDS建立齿轨隧道列车火灾模型,对紧急救援站内最不利工况进行仿真模拟,获取火灾情况下人员可用安全疏散时间,判断其是否满足人员安全疏散准则。研究结果表明:定点区域疏散救援方式下,横通道间距为30 m,横通道宽度为5.5 m,疏散站台宽度为2.5 m时人员疏散所需时间最少,为齿轨隧道紧急救援站设计参数最优配置。 The parameters of disaster prevention and rescue facilities in rack rail tunnels with large longitudinal slope are not clear.To ensure the safety of evacuation,research is carried out on the design parameters of emergency rescue stations in rack rail tunnel with 12%longitudinal slope under fixed-point evacuation and rescue mode.Through Pathfinder software,the process of personnel evacuation is simulated,and the influence of changing the cross passage spacing,cross passage width and evacuation platform width of emergency rescue stations on personnel evacuation under different tunnel slopes is analyzed.Through three-factor and four-level orthogonal test,the results of the comprehensive impact of various factors on the evacuation at emergezcy rescue station are analyzed,and the design parameters of emergency rescue station are optimized.FDS is used to establish the train fire model of rack rail tunnel,and the most unfavorable working conditions in emergency rescue station are simulated to obtain the available safe evacuation time in case of fire and judge whether it meets the criteria of safe evacuation of personnel.The research results show that under the fixed-point evacuation and rescue mode,the time required for personnel evacuation is the least when the cross passage spacing is 30 m,the cross passage width is 5.5 m and the platform width is 2.5 m,which is the optimal configuration of design parameters for emergency rescue stations in rack rail tunnels.
