保安营特长高瓦斯隧道运营通风方案研究 被引量:6

摘要 为解决特长高瓦斯隧道运营通风技术难题,文章以改建成都至昆明铁路保安营13.226 km特长单线电气化牵引高瓦斯隧道为工程依托,结合理论计算与SES网络通风计算方法,对特长高瓦斯隧道全射流纵向式、洞口吹入式、斜井排出式和斜井送排式4种运营通风方案进行了研究分析。研究结果表明:全射流纵向式通风方案投资小,运营成本低,但由于隧道较长,瓦斯排出时间较长。洞口吹入式通风方案风流由瓦斯区段流向非瓦斯区段,斜井送排式通风方案存在"风流短路"问题。推荐采用斜井排出式纵向通风方案,该方案投资和运营费用中等,且正洞内风流由非瓦斯区段流向瓦斯区段。斜井排出式运营通风方案可快速排出正洞含瓦斯区段内污浊空气,改善通风条件,保证高瓦斯隧道的运营安全。 To solve the technical issues of operational ventilation of super-long tunnel with high gas contents,the13.226 km long Baoanying single-track electrified railway tunnel of rebuilt Chengdu to Kunming railway is taken as an example for study.Combining theoretical calculation with SES network ventilation calculation method,4 kinds of operational ventilation design schemes,namely longitudinal ventilation with full jet fans,ventilation at portal,inclined shaft exhaust as well as exhaust and ventilation with inclined shafts,are compared and analyzed.The results show that the full longitudinal ventilation scheme has low investment and operation costs,but because of the relatively long distance,the time for gas discharge is longer.The air flow direction of the portal ventilation scheme is from the gas section to the non-gas section,and a problem of"short-circuit of air flow"may arise in the exhaust and ventilation scheme with inclined shafts.The longitudinal ventilation scheme with exhaust by inclined shaft is finally recommended because of acceptable investment and operation costs,and the air in the main tunnel flowing from nongas section to gas section.The operation ventilation scheme with inclined shaft exhaust can quickly discharge the polluted air in the gas-bearing section of the main tunnel,improve the ventilation conditions and ensure the operation safety of high-gas tunnel.
