摘要
以常州地铁2号线盾构隧道下穿建筑物为背景,对建筑物沉降监测数据进行了分析,并利用数值模拟进一步研究了建筑物桩基的差异沉降及倾斜规律。研究结果表明:建筑物沉降值及倾斜值均满足设计要求,施工方案合理可行;因盾尾脱出产生的沉降发展速率快,沉降值大,为最终沉降的主要组成部分;洞内二次补浆是富水软土地层控制沉降的重要手段,可有效延缓和控制长期固结沉降的发展,补浆应遵循多次、少注的原则。
Based on the practice of shield tunnel construction of Changzhou Metro Line 2 passing through the building,the monitoring building settlement induced by shield tunneling is analyzed,and the differential settlement and inclination law of the building pile foundation are further studied by numerical simulation.The research results show that:the settlement value and inclination value of b uilding meet the design requirements,proving that the construction scheme is reasonable and feasible;the settlement caused by shield tail gap is large and fast;the intunnel post-grouting is an important means to control the settlement,which can effectively delay and control the development of long-term consolidation settlement,and the grouting should follow the principle of multiple times and less injection volume.
