摘要
为探明公路隧道运营通风设计方法、流程以及影响射流风机布置的参数,以余遵高速公路为依托工程,采用理论、统计分析的方法,对考虑火灾防排烟的公路隧道运营通风设计方法流程及参数敏感性进行研究分析。经研究分析,提出公路隧道通风计算分三步走的方法与流程,给出了正常运营通风、交通阻滞通风和防排烟通风三部分的需风量、通风阻力及所需风机台数的计算方法。运用三步走通风设计方法对通风参数敏感性进行分析,得出如下结论:隧道长度小于3 km时,隧道坡度对所需风机台数影响显著,交通量、隧道长度、公路等级对所需风机台数基本无影响;隧道长度3~5 km时,隧道长度、隧道坡度、交通量、公路等级对所需风机台数影响显著。隧道临界长度一般为3~4 km,当小于该长度时,所需风机台数相同;大于该长度时,所需风机台数随着交通量和坡度的增长而增长。
To confirm highway tunnel operation ventilation design method,design flow,and influence parameters of jet fan arrangement,based on Yuqing to Zunyi highway project,and by using the theoretical and statistical analysis,operation ventilation design method and flow and parameters sensitivity were studied considering fire smoke control.Through studying and analysis,three step method of highway tunnel operation ventilation calculation was put forward.The calculation methods of required airflow,ventilation resistance and jet fan numbers were given for normal operation ventilation,traffic block ventilation and smoke control ventilation.Based on tunnel section of Yuqing to Zunyi highway project,parameter sensitivity was studied,and the conclusions are as follows:when the tunnel length is less than 3 km,tunnel slope has a notably significant effect on required jet fan numbers,while traffic volume,tunnel length and road level have no influence on required jet fan numbers;when the tunnel length is 3~5 km,tunnel length,tunnel slope,traffic volume,and road level have a notably significant effect on required jet fan numbers.Tunnels always have a critical length of 3~4 km,when the tunnel length is less than the critical length,the required jet fan numbers are same;when the tunnel length is more than the critical length,the required jet fan numbers grow along with increase of traffic volume and slope.
