摘要
水泥基渗透结晶防水涂料作为《铁路隧道设计规范》推荐的用于低防水等级的施工缝填充料,并未在规范中量化其作用于施工缝的防水性能。文章采用室内试验的研究方法,以先后两次浇筑的混凝土制作相邻衬砌的施工缝,并对试块施工缝采用水泥基渗透结晶防水涂料以及不作处理2种方式,通过逐级加压研究水泥基渗透防水涂料作为施工缝填料的防水性能。试验结果表明:(1)水泥基渗透结晶防水涂料试件施工缝的抗渗等级为P1,无施作防水涂料的试件施工缝的抗渗等级为P0;(2)在水压0.2 MPa下,防水涂料试件施工缝窜水的位置发生在涂料与混凝土的粘结面上。
As recommended by the code for design of railway tunnel,the cement-based permeable crystalline waterproof coating can be used as the construction joint fillings with low waterproof level.However,the waterproof performance is not quantified in the code.In this paper,the indoor test method was used to make the joints of adjacent lining with twice poured concrete blocks,and the joints of the test block were treated with cement-based permeable crystalline waterproof coating and without coating,the waterproof performance of the construction joint filler was tested with the step-by-step pressurized mode.The results show that:(1)the impermeability grade of the construction joint of the cement-based permeable crystalline waterproof coating is P1,and the impermeability grade of the construction joint without waterproof coating is P0.(2)Under the water pressure of 0.2 MPa,the position of water channeling of the construction joint of the waterproof coating test piece occurs on the bonding surface between the coating and the concrete.
