摘要 昆明市轨道交通4号线昆明东站至牛街庄站区间采用土压平衡盾构机进行掘进施工。文章通过采用正态分布理论对掘进参数进行整理统计,分析了各个参数的合理区间;通过利用SPSS数据分析软件对7项因素与推进速度之间的关系进行分析,确定了拟合公式,建立了误差评价标准,验证了拟合公式的合理性。结果表明:由拟合公式计算的数据与实测值的误差小于20%的样本占比为88%,说明通过采用该公式来计算盾构推进速度具有一定的合理性。 The earth pressure balance shield machine is used for the excavation of running tunnel section from Kunming east station to Niujiezhuang station of Kunming Rail Transit Line 4.By using the normal distribution theory,the excavation parameters were sorted and analyzed,and the reasonable interval of each parameter was analyzed.The relationship between the seven factors and the tunnelling speed was analyzed by using SPSS data analysis software,the fitting formula was determined,and the error evaluation standard was established,and the rationality of the fitting formula was verified.The results show that the proportion of samples with an error of less than 20%between the data calculated by the fitting formula and the measured value is 88%,which shows that it is reasonable to use the calculation formula to calculate the tunnelling speed of shield.
