摘要 当新建高速公路连续梁桥跨越铁路隧道时,在施工中存在较多安全隐患;桩基施工引起既有隧道沉降,若不均匀沉降过大,将导致既有隧道衬砌的开裂,影响既有隧道衬砌结构的安全和交通安全运营。文章以某新建高速公路大桥与铁路隧道交叉工程为依托,建立三维空间有限元模型,分析了桥梁基础施工引起的既有隧道结构及围岩的变形,对桥梁基础施工时存在的交叉影响进行了安全风险分析,可为同类工程的安全评估及防护提供参考。 There are many hidden safety hazards in the construction of new highway continuous girder bridge passing over the existing railway tunnel.The construction of pile foundation will cause settlement of the existing tunnel,and if the uneven settlement is too large,it will lead to the cracking of the existing tunnel lining,affecting the safety of the existing tunnel lining and the safe operation of the rail transit.Based on a new highway bridge passing over the existing railway tunnel,a three-dimensional finite element model is established to analyze the deformations of existing tunnel structure and surrounding rocks caused by the bridge foundation construction.The safety risk of the bridge foundation construction at the intersection is analyzed,which can provide a reference for the safety assessment and protection of similar projects.
