摘要
针对变频器用干式中压变压器输入铜排突发两相短路,通过理论计算和软件仿真两个方式分析输入铜排及其支架的受力情况,得出其在理论上能够耐受短路电磁力冲击的结论。然后进行短路实验,通过实验验证了理论分析的结论。
Short circuit may happen between the two phases of transformer input copper bars.The stress of the input copper bars and their brackets were analyzed through theoretical calculation and FEM simulation.The conclusion was that the copper bars and their brackets could withstand the short circuit electromagnetic force.Then a short circuit test was carried out.The test results verified the conclusion of theoretical analysis.
