摘要
为了解决工程机械在教室内再现的难题,按照高职教育人才培养模式的要求,本文详细介绍了一种单斗液压挖掘机实训台,对电源、泵启动等不同类型的典型故障码进行设计,通过控制开关,完成实训台机械、电气和液压等系统的协调控制,使故障快速复现,并排除单斗液压挖掘机在工作过程中出现的典型故障,利用该实训台完成液压实训教学任务,为机电维修职业岗位提供校内实践锻炼的条件。
In order to solve the problem of reproduction of engineering machinery in class,according to the requirements of talent cultivation in vocational technology institutes,this paper explores a training platform of single-bucket hydraulic excavator.Different types of typical fault codes involving power supply and pump start are designed,and the coordinated control of the mechanical,electrical and hydraulic systems of the training platform is completed by using control switches.In this way the typical faults in the operation of the single-bucket hydraulic excavator can be rapidly reproduced,and students can practice the elimination of the faults.This training platform can help to complete the teaching task,and can provide practical training for future machinery maintenance staff.
