摘要
针对传统依赖人工测量轮对踏面擦伤、磨损的手段存在着效率低和实时性差的问题,设计了一种基于STM32和UC/OS-Ⅲ的轮对踏面故障检测系统。该系统以移植了UC/OS-Ⅲ嵌入式实时操作系统的STM32微控制器为核心,实现对车轮踏面参数的实时采样和计算,并将结果上传到PC上位机供工作人员实现远程监控和管理。本文所设计的低成本列车轮对踏面故障检测系统可有效实现对车轮踏面故障的实时、高效检测。
Aiming at the problems of low efficiency and poor real-time performance of traditional manual measurement of wheelset tread scratches and wearing,a wheelset tread fault detection system based on STM32 and UC/OS-Ⅲhas been designed.The system takes the STM32 microcontroller transplanted with UC/OS-Ⅲembedded real-time operating system as the core,realizes real-time sampling and calculation of wheelset tread parameters,and uploads the results to the PC host computer for remote monitoring and management.The system costs little,and can effectively realize real-time and efficient detection of wheelset tread faults.
