摘要
为降低车间设施布局的物流成本,根据连杆生产车间设施布局的特点,建立了车间设施布局数学模型,并应用遗传算法对优化函数进行求解,得到了更优的车间布局,最后利用Flexsim软件对优化后的车间设施进行了建模与仿真,结果表明连杆生产过程中的物流成本大幅降低,并提升了生产效率。
In order to reduce the logistics cost of the workshop,according to the characteristics of the facility layout of the connecting rod production workshop,a mathematical model of the facility layout was established,the genetic algorithm was used to solve the optimization function,and a better workshop layout was obtained.The Flexsim software was used to model and simulate the optimized workshop facility layout,and the results showed that the logistics cost in the production process of connecting rods was greatly reduced,and the production efficiency was improved.
