摘要
以某型电磁阀为研究对象,通过对电磁阀高温环境下启动电压性能研究分析与仿真,提出了电磁阀高温启动电压设计的方法,并通过试验验证设计方法的可行性,解决了电磁阀高温环境下启动电压偏高的问题,可为此类电磁阀的设计提供参考。
This paper takes a certain solenoid valve as the research object.Through analyzing and simulating the characteristics of the starting voltage of the solenoid valve under high temperature,the design method for the high-temperature starting voltage of the solenoid valve has been proposed.The feasibility of the method is verified by experiments.The problem of overly high starting voltage of the solenoid valve in high temperature environment has been solved.This paper has provided theoretical reference for the design of this kind of solenoid valves.
